Is it free to search businesses here?
Yes. Searching, viewing listings, calling a business and reading reviews are all free.

Are the phone numbers and addresses correct?
We take details from business owners and from open map data, and we review listings before publishing. Even so, businesses move and numbers change — please confirm with the business before travelling. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Can I leave a review?
Yes, on any listing page. Reviews are checked before they appear. Please review only businesses you have actually dealt with.

For business owners

How do I list my business?
Click List Your Business, create an account and fill in the form. Your listing goes live after our team approves it, usually within one working day.

Does listing cost anything?
No. The Free plan lets you publish one listing with three photos, and customers can call you or send enquiries. Paid plans are optional.

I found my business already listed. What now?
Some listings are published from open map data before the owner joins. Open your listing and click Claim this business. We will call you on the number you provide to confirm you represent the business, then hand the listing over to your account so you can edit it yourself. Claiming is free.

What do paid plans give me?
More listings, more photos, a verified badge, website and social links, and featured placement at the top of category and city pages. Full details are on the Pricing page.

Will my plan renew automatically?
No. Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period. Nothing is charged again unless you buy again.

Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of payment if no listing has gone live under that plan and no paid feature has been used. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can I remove a bad review by paying?
No. We do not remove genuine reviews for money. If a review is fake, abusive or from someone who was never your customer, report it and we will look into it.

How do I edit or delete my listing?
Log in and go to My Listings. Edits are re-checked before going live again.

Where does your location data come from?
Business owners, our own team, and OpenStreetMap — open data used under the ODbL licence, with attribution shown on every listing that uses it.
