This policy explains how VIBENET CREATIONS delivers what you buy on vibenetcreations.com.

We do not ship physical goods

Everything sold on this website is a digital service — a business listing plan (Silver, Gold or Platinum) that lets you publish and promote your business on our directory. Nothing is packed, couriered or posted. There is no shipping charge, no courier partner and no tracking number, because there is no physical shipment involved.

How and when your purchase is delivered

• Plan activation — immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway, your plan is activated on your account. You can see it straight away under My Plan after logging in.
• Listing publication — within 1 working day. Listings you create are reviewed by our team before they go live, so that the directory stays free of spam and wrong information. This review is normally completed within one working day.
• Paid features such as extra listings, additional photos, the verified badge and featured placement become available on your account the moment the plan is activated.

Confirmation

You will receive an on-screen confirmation immediately after payment, and the transaction appears in the payment history on your My Plan page. If you provided an email address, a receipt is sent there as well.

Where our service is available

Our service is delivered online and can be accessed from anywhere. Business listings are published for locations across India.

If something does not activate

If your payment is deducted but the plan does not activate, please contact us with the payment reference. We will either activate the plan or refund the full amount — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
