Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a payment made to VIBENET CREATIONS for a business listing plan on vibenetcreations.com can be cancelled or refunded. Please read it before you buy a plan.

What you are buying

We sell digital listing plans (Silver, Gold and Platinum). A plan lets you publish business listings on our directory for a fixed period, along with the features described on our Pricing page. No physical goods are shipped, so no delivery or shipping charges apply.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing and can be used for as long as you like. Nothing is charged and nothing is refundable.

Cancellation

  • You may stop using a paid plan at any time from My Plan in your account.
  • Our plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period. They do not auto-renew, and your card or bank account is never charged again without you starting a new purchase.
  • When a plan expires, your listings stay on the site but revert to Free-plan limits.

Refunds

  • You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided no listing has gone live under that plan and none of the plan's paid features (featured placement, verified badge, extra listings or extra photos) have been used.
  • Once a listing has been published or any paid feature has been used, the service has been delivered and the amount is not refundable, as the promotional benefit cannot be taken back.
  • If you were charged twice for the same plan, or money was deducted but the plan was never activated, we refund the full amount — no time limit and no conditions.
  • If we remove your listing for breaking our Terms & Conditions, no refund is due.

How to request a refund

Email info@vibenetcreations.com or call +91 96806 54475 from the number registered on your account, with the payment reference or transaction ID. We reply to every request within 2 working days.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet). We process them within 5–7 working days. After that, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually another 3–5 working days.
