These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vibenetcreations.com (the "Site"), operated by VIBENET CREATIONS, Shiprapath, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By using the Site or buying a listing plan, you accept these terms.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an online business directory. It helps visitors find local businesses and helps business owners publish a listing. We are not a party to any dealing between a visitor and a listed business, we do not sell the goods or services shown in listings, and we do not collect payment on behalf of listed businesses.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details when creating an account and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for everything done through your account.
We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, spam or abuse.

3. Listings

You may only list a business you own, manage or are authorised to represent.
All information you publish must be accurate and lawful. You are solely responsible for it.
Every listing is reviewed before going live. We may edit, reject or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, illegal or offensive.
Listings for illegal activity, adult services, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods or anything prohibited under Indian law are not permitted.
By publishing a listing you grant us permission to display and promote that content on the Site and in search engines.

4. Unclaimed listings and claims

Some listings are published from open data before the owner joins the Site, and are shown as unclaimed. If you own such a business you may submit a claim. We verify claims by phone before handing a listing over. Submitting a false claim is grounds for permanent suspension.

5. Reviews

Reviews must be based on genuine experience. Paid, fake, incentivised or competitor-written reviews are prohibited. We moderate reviews before publishing and may remove any review at our discretion. We do not remove genuine negative reviews in exchange for payment.

6. Plans and payment

Listing a business is free. Paid plans are optional and are described on the Pricing page.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We never see or store your full card details.
Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not auto-renew.
Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Data sources and attribution

Part of our location data comes from OpenStreetMap and is used under the Open Database License (ODbL). Listings built on that data display the attribution and link back to the source. We do not copy listings from other commercial directories.

8. Acceptable use

You must not scrape, copy or bulk-download the Site's content, attempt to break its security, upload malicious code, or use it to send spam.

9. Intellectual property

The Site's design, brand, code and compiled content belong to VIBENET CREATIONS, except for content submitted by users and third-party data used under licence. You keep ownership of what you upload.

10. Accuracy and liability

We work to keep listings correct but cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate or current — always confirm with the business directly. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of last change.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
